Pre-Order, Refund, & Returns Policy

Please read the following carefully. By purchasing from Pokéshop NZ, you agree to these terms.

 

Pre-Orders

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind cancellations on pre-orders.

If you no longer wish to proceed with your pre-order, the purchase amount can be refunded as store credit.

Exception: If a pre-order is delayed by more than 3 weeks from the estimated date stated in the product's pre-order description, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Change-of-Mind Refunds

For eligible sealed products (excluding pre-orders), change-of-mind cancellations requested before the order has been shipped will incur a 5% processing fee.

This fee covers payment processing costs that are not refunded to us and is mandatory on all applicable refunds.

 

Booster Packs & Booster Boxes

Booster packs and booster boxes cannot be returned or refunded, even if they remain unopened.

 

Opened Products

We do not offer refunds or returns on opened products unless the item is faulty.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

 

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the courier has been booked.
